Rates for Standard Driven Vehicles, Multi Day, Out of State.

All trips are priced on an individual basis. Our inexpensive base price of $500.00 per day ($460.00 for AAA Members) includes driver, food, and lodging. You’re responsible for the cost of all fuel, tolls, parking (if any) and transportation to and from the airport and airfare. Other companies in the same industry charge a base fee between $600 and $2000 and add to that, with no gaurantees on when your vehicle will be delivered.

This pricing rate is for vehicles going out of state on multi day trips. It does NOT apply to local trips, auction or dealer cars.

On very rare occasions, we cannot book motels at our normal rates. (Due to seasonal adjustments, local events, inclement weather, sporting events, graduations, etc.) All rooms that exceed $70.00 will result in the difference being added to your invoice.

Typical Estimated Pricing (Car/Light Truck)

Typical base pricing from Pittsburgh to Boston, as an example, is $500.00* PLUS approximately $200.00 for regular unleaded fuel** and $50.00 for transportation back to the airport plus airfare. We strive to use Southwest, Airtran or JetBlue in order to keep your costs lower. From Pittsburgh to the West Coast a typical price would be $2000.00*, again plus the cost of fuel, airfare, transportation, and tolls.

**Due to the ever rising cost of fuel and airfare, all fuel and airfare fees will be billed according to actual receipts.

We try our best to make sure your final bill matches our estimate. However, if your vehicle is not ready for pick up or you are not ready for delivery at the agreed upon time, there may be additional charges for your driver's time and expenses. Our drivers run no longer than 10 hours per day, as per DOT regulations, as well as for safety.

Reserving Your Date

To make a reservation for transporting your vehicle, contact us by phone or e-mail. Once your dates are confirmed, the reservation can be finalized. You will receive an oral confirmation from our office, and a e-mail comfirmation as well. This will finalize your reservation.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is finalized charged to your Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you cancel your delivery, you shall be charged for all expenses incurred by S&J Transport. This refers to, but is not limited to, airfares and ground transportation already booked. Your deposit is also included in the cancellation fees.

If you reschedule your trip, additional charges may apply. However, another deposit is not be required.

Delivery

Also, please remember that it is your responsibility to provide or pay for ground transportation to/from the airport for your driver.

Payment in full is required at time of delivery and may be made in Cash, Certified Check, Visa or MasterCard.

Gratuities are not included in our pricing. If you appreciate the hard work and professional skills of your driver, you may add a gratuity to your final bill, or simply handle that on a one on one basis.
